How Can severe Nausea Along With Vomiting Be Treated?

I was reading a book in bed and started to feel nauseous. It slowly worsened for about an hour until I really began to feel like I might vomit, though I never did. After about an hour I had to get out of bed to feed my baby. I felt weak and was visibly shaking, much like one does with a severe stomach flu or food poisoning, but after I sat and nursed him for a little while I began to feel better. I never threw up. I feel almost normal now except for a little residual shakiness. Any idea what might cause this?

u should do test of hormone called prolactine... maybe n shakiness may be due to increased prolactine hormone in body.. and theirs no need to worry.. consult your doctor
